- One 3.75-ounce can sardines in water, drained
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon sea kelp powder
- CBD tincture, per your cat’s needs*
- 1 cup whole-wheat flour, or as needed
Heat oven to 350 F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Put drained sardines in bowl; coarsely smash with back of a spoon. Add egg, kelp powder and CBD tincture; mix to combine. Gradually add flour, stirring to form smooth dough.
On a floured work surface, roll dough into a ¼-inch thick circle. Cut into shapes with a small cookie cutter; transfer to baking sheet. Bake until set, 15 to 18 minutes. Cool on wire rack; store up to two weeks in tightly covered container. Makes 3 to 4 dozen small treats.
