2 ounces fennel juice
2 ounces grapefruit juice
1 ounce arugula juice
10 mg water-soluble CBD
1/2 ounce licorice simple syrup, recipe follows
1 pinch bee pollen
1 cucumber strip
In a cocktail mixer, add all the ingredients except the cucumber strip and add ice. Stir well and pour over an ice. Garnish with cucumber strip.
To make the licorice syrup: Combine 4 ounces sugar, 2 ounces lime juice, 2 ounces water and ½ ounce licorice root in a medium pot. Bring to a simmer to dissolve sugar; cool.
