CBD Infused Spiced Almonds
3 pounds whole blanched almonds
1/3 cup Potli CBD infused honey
2 tablespoons Potli CBD olive oil
2 tablespoons ras el hanout
2 tablespoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon Aleppo pepper
Spread the nuts on baking sheets and toast in a preheated 350 F oven for about 10 minutes or until fragrant and lightly toasted.
Warm honey and olive oil; combine spices and salt. Set aside.
Transfer nuts to a large bowl and drizzle honey/oil mixture on top; toss to combine. Sprinkle spices over nuts and toss again. Return nuts to the baking sheet and roast again at the same temperature for about 10 minutes, stirring once or twice.
Remove from oven and cool completely. Makes 6 cups
