Infused Coconut Milk

  • 7 grams cannabis
  • 2 cups coconut milk

Preheat oven to 200 F. Break up large pieces of bud and place onto a sheet tray. Heat for 1 hour to decarboxylate. Cool.

Place coconut milk and weed in a large coffee press and insert plunger just to the surface of the milk.

Place in a deep pot of simmering water so it covers the depth of the milk. Simmer for 90 minutes over low heat.

Cool, press and keep refrigerated until ready to use. Makes scant 2 cups, about 48 mg THC based on a 20 percent strain.
