Habanero-Lime Popcorn
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon cannabutter*
- 2 teaspoons lime zest, freshly grated
- 1½ teaspoons lime juice,freshly squeezed
- 8 cups popcorn, popped in coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon habanero hot sauce, or more to taste
- ½ teaspoon salt, or more to taste
Gently melt butter and cannabutter together. Stir in lime zest, juice and hot sauce. Pour over popcorn; stir to coat. Sprinkle with salt to taste; serve immediately. Makes four 2-cup servings, about 8.5 mg THC each, based on a 15% strain.
