Hard Apple Cocktail

  • 1 ounce cannabis-infused elderflower liqueur (use your favorite home infusion method)
  • ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 2-3 dashes of grapefruit bitters or herbal bitters
  • Dry-style hard apple cider

Add all ingredients except cider to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a Collins glass or canning jar and top with cider. Makes 1 serving.
