Infused Bacon Fat
- 2 cups strained bacon fat, or lard
- 3½ grams decarboxylated cannabis
In small saucepan, gently melt bacon fat; add cannabis. Maintaining steady heat from 200 F to 220 F, cook 3 hours. Fat should not boil but gentle bubbles are OK. Line strainer with cheesecloth or coffee filter; carefully strain into heat-proof jar.
