Infused Energy Bars
- ¼ cup unsweetened natural nut butter
- 1 tablespoon canna oil
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1½ cups dried figs, chopped
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup chopped almonds
Line bottom of 9-by 5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper. Pulse nut butter, canna oil and oats in food processor to coarsely chop.
Add figs, vanilla and salt. Process until mixture starts to stick together. Add dried cranberries and almonds; pulse 3 to 4 times.
Transfer mixture to prepared pan and press into compact layer. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before cutting into 1½-inch bars. Makes 6 servings, each about 7.6 mg THC based on a 15 percent strain.
