Raspberry Calamansi High Ricky

  • 12 ounces raspberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ to 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon cannabis honey
  • 8 ounces lime sparkling water, chilled
  • 1 scoop calamansi sherbet

In a medium-sized saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring often. Cool, puree and push through a fine-mesh strainer to eliminate seeds. Add lime and if necessary more sugar, adjusting for preferred tartness.

To make soda, stir together ¼ cup fruit puree and honey in a tall glass. Slowly add the soda. Top with sorbet. Makes 1 soda, plus extra syrup for about 6 more. THC per drink depends on the amount in the honey.
