Michelada Elevada

  1. Small wedge fresh lime
  2. Margarita salt
  3. 4 ounces Big Mich Classic Red Michelada mix (available at
  4. 2 ounces Clamato juice
  5. 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  6. 1 tablespoon Maggi Seasoning
  7. 2 to 3 dashes of salt and pepper
  8. Habanero hot sauce to taste
  9. Pacifico beer, well chilled
  10. 25 mg of Tangie tincture

Run lime wedge around rim of pint glass; coat with salt. Fill halfway with ice. Add Michelada mix, Clamato juice, lime juice, Maggi, salt, pepper and hot sauce; stir together and top with beer.
