2 tablespoons cannabis olive oil
¼ cup onion, minced
1 pound fresh cranberries
1 cup pomegranate juice
½ cup sugar
1 cup pomegranate seeds
In a medium saute pan, heat oil and saute onions until translucent. Add cranberries, juice and sugar and cook on medium until thick, Stir in seeds and chill. Makes about 3 cups, each 3 ounce serving about 1.3 mg THC.
To make cannabis olive oil: In a small, heavy bottomed saucepan:, gently warm 2 cups olive oil with ½ cup Blue Dream bud (about 20 percent THC) on the lowest possible setting.
