Flower Flour

  • 400 grams red or white wheat berries, about 3¼ cups
  • 7 grams cannabis, decarboxylated

Using a wooden spoon, mix the wheat berries and cannabis together.

Place a bowl below the spout, turn on the tabletop mill and pour the wheat berries and cannabis into the hopper.

Use a wooden spoon to stir the berries and cannabis in the hopper to ensure the flower is being milled consistently with the wheat berries. When the weed and berries are milled in the bowl, use the spoon to stir to ensure they are distributed.
