Grapefruit Mojo

Best with turkey, capon, goose, pork, fish.

  • 1 large bulb garlic, peeled and minced
  • 6½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 5½ tablespoons cannabis olive oil
  • 2/3 cup grapefruit juice
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 grapefruit, peeled and supremed

Heat the minced garlic and olive oil in a small saucepan over low to medium heat. Cook the garlic, slowly until it just becomes translucent. Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients except for the segments. When cool, add the grapefruit. Stir before serving. Makes 2 cups, about 5 percent THC per ¼ cup serving.
