This herbaceous drink is made with Humboldt’s Finest by Humboldt Distillery, a vodka infused with locally grown food-grade hemp. You can also make the cocktail with your own cannabis-infused vodka.
- 1 tablespoon yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 3 oregano leaves plus a stem for garnish
- 1¾ ounce Humboldt’s Finest vodka
- ¼ ounce Green Chartreuse
- ¾ ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ ounce simple syrup
Add bell pepper to a shaker and muddle well. Add slightly smashed (use fingers to release oils) oregano leaves, vodka, Green Chartreuse, lime and simple syrup. Add ice and shake vigorously, then strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with oregano sprig. Makes 1 serving. THC amount depends on the strain.
