Tart Pomegranate CBD Gummies

  • Silicone gummy bear mold
  • 2 ounces filtered water
  • 1½ tablespoons grass-fed gelatin
  • 2 ounces pomegranate juice
  • 2 teaspoons 500 mg CBD isolate tincture
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of sea salt, optional


Place gummy mold in the freezer.

Put filtered water into a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over the water and allow to bloom for 5 minutes. Place saucepan over medium heat, and using a whisk stir the gelatin as it melts, 1 to 2 minutes. When gelatin is melted pour in the pomegranate and continue to stir until combined, about 1 more minute.

Remove from heat and quickly stir in CBD tincture, lemon juice and pinch of salt. Use the dropper to fill the gummy mold to the top.

Remove gummies from the mold and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. These will last about 3 weeks. Makes approximately 87 gummy bears each about 5.75 mg CBD.
