Turn the Beet Around
- 2 ounces mezcal
- 2 ounces beet juice
- 1 ounce orange juice
- 1 ounce Sous Weed agave nectar
- ½ lemon, juiced
- Slice of lemon and cannabis leaf for garnishing
Fill a shaker with ice and add all ingredients. Close the shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a cannabis leaf and lemon round.
To make medicated Sous Weed agave nectar, combine 1 cup agave nectar with 1 gram of decarbed kief in a mason jar and screw on lid. Place in a sous vide water bath set to 185 F for 2 hours. Cool to room temperature and store in a cool, dark place.
