Sparkling Apple Punch
- 3-inch piece of ginger root, peeled and sliced
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup water
- 12-ounce bottle 100 mg Happy Apple sparkler (THC)
- *or one 12 oz can of superhUe Carrot Ginger Turmeric CBD elixir
- 6 cups lemonade
- 2 cups sparkling water
- 2 apples, sliced
- 2 lemons, sliced
To make ginger simple syrup, combine ginger, sugar and water in a small pot and cook over low heat, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, strain and allow the simple syrup to cool.
In a punch bowl, mix the Happy Apple, lemonade, sparkling water and 2 ounces of simple syrup. Add sliced apples and lemons and serve over ice. Makes 10 8-ounce servings, each about 10 mg THC.
