Sparkling Lavender and Cannabis Lemonade

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 10 sprigs fresh or 1 tablespoon edible dried lavender
  • 2 cups sparkling water or sparkling wine
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Two 10-mg packets of Ripple or other water-soluble THC or CBD powder
  • 4 lemon slices
  • 4 fresh, unsprayed lavender sprigs

Combine water, sugar and lavender in small saucepan; heat to boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Cook to reduce slightly, 3-4 minutes; cool and strain.

In glass pitcher, combine lavender syrup, sparkling water or wine, lemon juice and cannabis powder; mix well. Pour into ice-filled highball glasses; garnish with lemon slice and lavender sprig. Make 4 drinks, each about 5 mg THC.
