Thyme Kitchen Toke Hemp Honey Roasted Endive
- 8 Belgian endives, halved lengthwise, cored
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Thyme Kitchen Toke Hemp Honey, recipe follows
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat oven to 375 F. Arrange endive in gratin or small baking pan just large enough to hold them in single layer.
Combine oil, Thyme Kitchen Toke Hemp Honey, salt and pepper in a small pan; heat to simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and pour evenly over endive. Bake until soft and browned at edges, 20 to 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
Thyme Kitchen Toke Hemp Honey
Combine 1½ cups Kitchen Toke Hemp Honey and 5 sprigs fresh thyme in a double boiler. Simmer gently until aromatic, about 20 minutes. Strain through a coffee filter or fine mesh sieve into storage container. Cool; refrigerate until ready to use.
